How to Connect a Customer Display - Customer Knowledge Base

Connect a customer display to show your customers their order details in real time during checkout. The customer display can be set up on a separate iOS or Android device using the Munchi Guest app.

Install the Munchi Guest app

iOS: Install the Munchi Guest app through TestFlight.
Android: Install the app from testapp.io.

Open the Munchi Guest app

Launch the Munchi Guest app on the customer display device.A 6-digit pairing code will be displayed on the screen. Keep this code visible.

Open the Munchi POS app

On your POS device, open the Munchi POS app.

Connect the customer display

Go to:Settings → System → Customer DisplayOpen Customer Display, enter the 6-digit pairing code shown in the Munchi Guest app, and confirm.

Connection complete

Your customer display is now connected to the Munchi POS.The customer display will automatically show order information and updates during the checkout process.
