Every Viva payment terminal has a unique Terminal ID, which the Munchi POS app uses to identify and connect to the correct device. You can find this ID directly on the terminal itself by navigating to the device information screen — it takes less than a minute.
The Terminal ID is the serial number displayed under your device’s model information. You’ll need it when connecting your terminal in the Munchi POS app under Settings → System → Terminals, so the app can match your terminal from the list of nearby devices.

Steps

Go to the home screen

On your Viva payment terminal, navigate to the home screen.

Open Settings

Tap Settings to open the device settings menu.

Go to About Device

Scroll down and select About Device.

Tap Model

Tap Model to expand the device details.

Note your Terminal ID

The serial number displayed on this screen is your Terminal ID. Make a note of it and use it when connecting your terminal in the Munchi POS app.
