The Munchi Portal gives you full visibility into your sales data and lets you export reports in multiple formats for accounting, analysis, or record-keeping. Follow the steps below to configure your report parameters and download the file that works best for you.

Log in to the Munchi Portal

Go to portal.gomunchi.com and sign in using your Munchi credentials.

Navigate to Latest Sales

In the left-hand navigation bar, click SalesLatest Sales. The sales dashboard will load and display your most recent transactions.

Set your report parameters

Use the dropdown menus at the top of the page to filter the data you want to include in your report:
FilterDescription
BusinessYour restaurant is selected by default. Change this if you manage multiple venues.
ProviderChoose the sales channel — for example, Munchi Online, Wolt, or others.
Payment MethodFilter by the payment types you want to include (cash, card, etc.).
DateSpecify the date range your report should cover.

Sort the table

By default, the table is sorted chronologically with the latest sales at the top. To reorder the data, click any column header — such as Status, Amount, or Date — to sort by that column.

Export the report

Once your data looks correct, export it:
  1. Hover over the sales table — a download icon will appear in the top-right corner of the table.
  2. Click the download icon.
  3. Select your preferred file format: .csv, .xlsx, or .json.
  4. Choose between a formatted version (with styling) or a clean version (no formatting, ideal for further data processing).
  5. Click Download to save the report to your computer.
