The Munchi Portal provides a dedicated report for orders placed through your online store and self-service kiosks — kept separate from your POS sales so you get a clean view of each channel’s performance. Use this guide to set your parameters and download the report in your preferred format.

Open the Munchi Portal

Go to portal.gomunchi.com and sign in with your Munchi credentials.

Navigate to Munchi Online & Kiosk

In the left-hand navigation bar, click SalesMunchi Online & Kiosk. This section displays sales data specifically for your online store and self-service kiosk channels, separate from any POS transactions.

Set your report parameters

Use the available filters to scope your report to the data you need:
  • Business — Select the venue you want to report on.
  • Provider — Choose the sales channel (e.g., Munchi Online, kiosk, etc.).
  • Payment Methods — Filter by the payment types you want to include.
  • Timeframe — Set the date range your report should cover.

Review the report

Check that the data displayed matches what you expect before downloading. Confirm the date range, totals, and any provider filters are correctly applied.

Download the report

  1. Hover over the report table — a download icon will appear.
  2. Click the lower download icon that appears on hover.
  3. Select your preferred file format: .csv, .xlsx, or .json.
  4. Choose between a formatted or unformatted version of the file.
  5. Click Download to save the report to your computer.
This report covers online store and self-service kiosk orders only. For a combined view of all sales channels including POS, use the Latest Sales report instead.
