The Munchi POS app is the heart of your restaurant’s order and payment management, running directly on your Android tablet. This guide walks you through every step needed to download and install the Munchi POS System — from finding the right distribution app in the Google Play Store all the way to logging in and getting ready to take your first order.
Your login credentials for both Testapp.io and the Munchi POS app are provided by your Account Success Manager. Have them on hand before you begin.

Installation Steps

Open the Google Play Store

On your Android tablet, open the Google Play Store app.

Download Testapp.io

Search for Testapp.io and tap Download to install it. Testapp.io is the app distribution platform Munchi uses to deliver the POS app securely to your device.

Log in to Testapp.io

Once Testapp.io is installed, open it and log in using the credentials provided by your Account Success Manager.

Find Munchi POS

After logging in, tap Apps and look for Munchi POS in the list.

Install Munchi POS

Tap Install to begin the installation.
If this is your first time installing Munchi POS, your tablet may ask you to grant additional permissions in Settings. Simply follow the on-screen instructions on the tablet to enable them — this is a one-time step.

Open and log in to Munchi POS

Once installation is complete, tap Open to launch the app.
Log in to the Munchi POS app using the Munchi credentials provided by your Account Success Manager. These may differ from your Testapp.io credentials.
You’re all set! Your Munchi POS System is now installed and ready to use. If you run into any issues during setup, reach out to your Account Success Manager for support.
