Steps
Plug in the printer
Connect your printer to a power outlet and wait a few minutes for it to start up fully before proceeding.
Check Bluetooth on the tablet
Open your tablet’s Bluetooth settings and check whether the printer has connected automatically. For Epson printers, the device name looks something like
TM-m30II_067712. If it appears, tap it and confirm that the Bluetooth light on the printer is on — you’re connected and can skip to step 6.Pair manually if needed
If the printer doesn’t appear in Bluetooth settings, follow the Connect Printer to Bluetooth guide to pair it manually, then return here and continue with the next step.
Open the side menu
In the Munchi One app, tap the three lines (☰) in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
Check for an existing printer
If a printer name is already listed here, your printer is configured and you’re all set. If the list is empty, continue to the next step.
Name the printer
Give your printer a name — use Kitchen for a printer that prints order tickets in the kitchen, or Receipt for a customer-facing receipt printer. You can add both types, but set each one up as a separate printer.
Select the Bluetooth printer
Tap Select the Printer → Bluetooth Printer and let the app search for nearby devices. If the search returns an error, tap Restart Search until your printer appears, then tap it to connect.
Select the printer type
Tap Select Printer Type and choose Kitchen or Receipt to match the name you gave the printer in the previous step.
