Set up your delivery areas, delivery fees, and delivery partners so customers can place orders for delivery.

Log in to the Munchi Dashboard

Go to dashboard.gomunchi.com and sign in with your credentials.

Go to the Providers section

In the left sidebar, click delivery to open the section

Enable delivery

Turn on Delivery enabled to allow customers to place delivery orders.

Select delivery areas & pricing

In the Delivery areas & pricing section, choose how you want to define your delivery areas:
  • By distance from the restaurant – create areas based on their distance from your restaurant.
  • By drawing on the map – draw your delivery areas on a map.
Then click + Add area and enter:
  • Area name – for example, Helsinki
  • Deliver up to (km) – the maximum delivery distance from your restaurant
  • Minimum order (€) – the minimum order value required for delivery in this area
  • Delivery fee (€) – the delivery fee charged to the customer
Make sure Area enabled is turned on when you want the area to be available.
You can add multiple delivery areas with different distances, minimum order values, and delivery fees.

Connect Shipday (optional)

If you use Shipday for deliveries, find your Shipday API key in your Shipday account under Integrations
Login to Shipday → Click Integrations → Click Api Credentials → Add Api Link 
Paste the API key into the Shipday API key field and click Connect.Once connected, your Shipday couriers can be used for delivery orders.

Choose who delivers

Under Who delivers, per order source, choose who handles delivery orders from each ordering channel:
  • Web storefront
  • Mobile app
Select either Own couriers or Shipday couriers.
To use Shipday couriers, Shipday must be connected first.
