# How to Export a Sales Report Directly From Your POS

> Filter your sales data by date range and export a report from the Munchi POS app straight to your email inbox in just a few steps.

Munchi POS lets you export sales reports for any time period directly from the app, without needing to log into the dashboard. Once generated, the report is sent to an email address of your choice so you can review it, share it with your accountant, or archive it for your records.

  Reports can be sent to a custom email address — you are not limited to a pre-configured address. This is useful when you need to share a report with a colleague, accountant, or external party on the spot.

## Export a Sales Report

  <Step title="Select a time frame">
    In your POS app, open the **Filters** and choose your preferred time frame for the report — for example, a specific day, week, or month.

  <Step title="Apply your filters">
    Tap **Apply** to load the sales data for the selected period.

  <Step title="Send the report by email">
    Choose a pre-selected email address from your saved options, or enter a custom email address to send the report to.

    Check the inbox of the chosen email address. Open the report to review your sales data for the selected time frame.
