# Set Up a Receipt or Kitchen Printer in Munchi POS App

> Set up a receipt or kitchen printer in the Munchi POS app — configure Bluetooth, name your printer, and choose the correct printer type.

Once your printer is physically plugged in and paired with your tablet over Bluetooth, you can register it in the Munchi POS app and configure it as either a **Kitchen** printer or a **Receipt** printer. If you haven't paired the printer with your tablet yet, complete the [Bluetooth pairing steps](/hardware/connect-printer-bluetooth) first, then return here to continue from step 6.

<Tip>
  If the printer search returns an error on the first attempt, tap **Restart Search** to try again. It may take a couple of attempts before the printer is detected.
