# Connect a Viva Payment Terminal to the Munchi POS App

> Learn how to connect a Viva payment terminal to the Munchi POS app by matching your Terminal ID in the Terminals settings section.

Before you can accept card payments, you need to pair your Viva payment terminal with the Munchi POS app. The process only takes a moment — the app automatically detects nearby terminals, so all you need is your Terminal ID to confirm you're connecting to the right device.

  The terminal list auto-populates with all Viva terminals detected nearby. If you see multiple terminals, use the Terminal ID to make sure you connect to your own device.

## Steps

  <Step title="Open the side menu">
    In the Munchi POS app, tap the three lines (☰) in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

  <Step title="Navigate to Terminals">
    Go to **Settings → System → Terminals**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Find your terminal in the list">
    A list of available terminals will appear. Locate your terminal by matching the **Terminal ID** shown in the app to the Terminal ID on your device.

    Tap your terminal in the list to connect. Once connected, you're ready to accept payments.
